Andrew Bryan

Andrew Bryan is the founder and director of Emerge and a member of Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA). He has worked with adolescents and their families since 1989. Andrew is a former board member of IECA. Andrew has been interviewed and quoted nationally on education related topics in The Seattle Times, The Lawlor Review, Post-Secondary LD Report, Newsweek, US News and World Report, The New York Times, CBS Marketplace, CBS Network Radio News, SmartMoney Magazine, KUOW's Weekday, and most recently, College Bound Teen.

Andrew has an expertise in coaching and mentoring young adults as well as experience working with individual learning styles and the wide array of educational and vocational options available to both students who have faced emotional or behavioral challenges and those who learn differently.

His contribution is to help individuals realize they have unique gifts, that they must develop and share their gifts, that they must have a dream and through determination, they can realize their dream.

Lois Gates, MS, Certified Coach (CC), NCAC II

Throughout her life, Lois Gates has been a sounding board for both family and friends, who have known her to be creative in navigating life's challenges. As a professional Life Coach, Lois holds certification through the International Coach Federation and National Certified Addiction Counselor, Level II, through the NAADAC.  Lois combines her intuitive listening skills with enthusiasm and compassion, providing guidance, empowerment, and goal setting to clients navigating in life!

Lois invites clients to integrate five components of life in order to reach their true potential and to start right where you are. Whether you have a specific goal already in mind or just a sense that your life isn't quite what you want it to be - Lois moves you to explore motives and options, and make empowering choices. Lois provides one-on-one coaching, group, and team coaching to assist people to live with intention and on a deep understanding of self. Lois is dedicated to the development of human potential through her inquisitive nature to help clients delve deeper into the realm of possibility.

Kenneth C. Dudley, Ph.D.

Kenneth C. Dudley is a licensed psychologist practicing in Baker City, OR. He took his Ph.D. in 2003 from West Virginia University followed by Internship and Post-Doctoral training at the Veteran's Administration Health Services in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Dudley specializes in cognitive assessment. He is a Clinical Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the Oregon Health Sciences University.
